Artist's Statement

My paintings and drawings are emotional narratives that explore the unseen a subtle world of psychic energy. A reality lies below the surface and is revealed through visual clues. In creating a likeness of my subjects, I transcend their physical presence, capturing the who versus the what in the person before me.
